The fix for this issue is part of Archicad 24 Update 7009 and Archicad 25 Update 5010. Archicad 24 still has some ongoing issues but works. Archicad 25 is compatible and supported with the current update Build 40xx. If you are planning to upgrade to macOS Monterey, please double-check compatibility HERE.
